About Us

A network of academics / practitioners
who wish to undertake joint research.

Objective
The objective of the Network is to carry out independent expert research in the area of international taxation which would then serve as a basis to advance various debates on international taxation.
Founders and Members
The Network is founded by Prof Dr Vikram Chand (University of Lausanne), Prof Dr Svetislav Kostic (University of Belgrade), Prof Dr Andreas Baez Moreno (University Carlos III Madrid) and Dr Mario Tenore (Of Counsel, Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, Italy).
The Network also includes associate members from academia and practice. All members of the Network either hold a doctorate and / or a professor position in a recognized university.

The International Tax Law and Policy Research Network (ITLRN) will host its fifth international tax event in Dubai (UAE) to discuss the current sources of International Corporate Tax Uncertainty for MNEs and the mechanisms available to States to grant tax certainty in order to retain / attract foreign investments into their territories.
